In previous years I had received good treatment from the person who makes the taxes, this last year I really did not feel welcome, a bad attitude that made me and my husband feel uncomfortable, I understand that we all have bad days but when Its customer service, I honestly expected more. I hope they improve regarding that.

On january 19th 2021 I went in and had my taxes done by danielle rodriguez and I paid the fee, she later called me and told me I.R.S wasn't accepting paperwork for taxes until February 15th and that I would be getting my refund the middle of march , in march I received a letter from I.R.S saying I was lacking 2 forms, so I went back to Danielle and she gave me a number to call to receive those forms, I called and had those forms sent to me, now she's saying those aren't the proper forms, so, why am I having to do all this, isn't that what I paid her to do?? I've called and left voicemail and she's hasn't responded to me yet, and it's already going on april,

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went to get my taxes done here for the first and last time ever! They absolutely created a disaster out my taxes because they confused my information for my sisters despite having given them my SSN and other information about myself. I noticed this mistake and went back to get it fixed but little did I know that was only the beginning. Due to them making this mistake the IRS has accused me of identity theft and are charging a ridiculous amount of money for a mistake I did not make. Also the BOY who is the receptionist laughed at my mother and me as we explained how urgent the situation was. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE DO NOT GO HERE!
