BOK is one of the worst institutes I have ever had to deal with. If your employer states their retirement plan is through BOK, run now because they are not to be trusted. BOK has awful customer service: they do not listen to your questions, nor do they provide adequate answers or solutions. Each individual I have spoken to is rude and incompetent, sound like they hate their jobs, and are overall unpleasant to speak to. Negative stars for my experiences with them. Throughout the entire process of having a 401k and trying to roll it over into a new IRA, I never want to have to deal with them again.
