I had a fantastic experience working with Carmen! The IRS came to me with an (incorrect) claim that I owed a massive amount of money from a few years prior and she got right to work. She gave a complete detailed and thorough reply to them that had the case dropped immediately. You can tell she really knows her stuff too and has a lot of experience here. Thanks so much Carmen!

I went to Carmen on recommendation because I got an unexpected and upsetting result when I did my own taxes in 2016. The cheap online tax program determined me and my new husband owed $10,000 to the IRS due to filing jointly. Carmen was kind and helpful. She was able to help us find deductions that greatly reduced how much we owed and plan for the future to ensure we never got caught in the same situation. Since then, Carmen is my tax preparer. She is always friendly and efficient. She's available during extended hours and she always replies promptly. I appreciate that because I can't always attend to personal matters 9-5. While her fee is economical, I say you can't put a price on the peace of mind and excellent advice she's given me over the years. I'd recommend her to anyone and I do regularly.

Excellent customer service, that’s really unbeatable. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Carmen has been my accountant for my personal taxes, as well as business. She knows exactly what needs to be done and does it. I wouldn’t change her for the world.
