Do NOT use these services! The communication was terrible, the level of engagement was terrible. She asked me only one question, and ultimately I had to look up the tax laws and tell her what they are. She filed my taxes showing that I owed about 6 thousand dollars. I had a CPA do the amended return for me, and I get money back. She nearly cost me thousands and thousands of dollars, and all she did was fill in the paperwork. I could have done that myself for 80 bucks on TurboTax. The mistakes she made were egregious. Could stress more that you should not use Sullivan Tax Services!

This place is terrible. Customer service is awful and they are not very responsive at all. I’d never get my taxes done here again and you probably shouldn’t either.

Debra has always done our taxes very professionally and accurately. She also helps me make annual decisions on some IRA-to-Roth IRA transfers, and her estimates have always been right on. I highly recommend her services.

Debbie has done my taxes for years and always does a great job. Within just minutes I know (good or bad) what my taxes look like and they are all done just a few days later. I highly recommend this company.

Debbie Sullivan worked with my dying father and his attorney over his taxes to reduce liabilities to the government after his passing. When he passed away, Debbie said she could do all the taxes. Then when she realized she missed the filing date, she tried to blame the 6 thousand dollar penalty and interest on me but then strangely still filled on the incorrect date she had told me was the correct date earlier in the year. Come to find out she had no idea what she was doing, the State kept requesting missing documents and finally informed me that I in fact owed 27,000 dollars in penalty and interest. Debbie left me to deal with $27,000 in penalties and interest. She does not know what she is doing, do not trust her, and even the State told me they could tell she didn't know what she was doing and noted it in my file.
