I came to them last year, and was told by Eileen that since I was on SSDI- that I didn't need to file taxes at all. I told her I was going to be getting a PERS distribution last year, and she told me to come back this year. Well, I called to make an appointment, and was told they wouldn't do my taxes because they're "trying to cut down on their clients".

Irritated that our taxes took longer to be done then originally quoted. When we went to pick them up my name was spelt incorrectly!!! How can I feel like attention was paid to detail with an error like that? We specifically requested bank deposits rather than paper check, as we moved here from out of state, and haven’t yet changed our banks over, plus automatic deposits come faster than checks. After more weeks of waiting paper checks came in the mail. What’s the point of asking how we’d like it back if we don’t really get to choose after all? Over all the office staff and accountant were nice, but it was more frustration than it was worth after paying to have them done here.
