Dont come to this place, they are thieves and abusive, the owners are abusive and the cashiers are disgusting. Dont waste your time and money. It was a favorite place here, but now they are no longer abusive and thieves.

Worst experience ever! Met with one lady and a totally different lady prepared them?? Asked them not to file them it got filed “by mistake” also you can never get a return call! Save your time and go somewhere else… then charged me $75 for my original copy so thanks Melissa Pryor I paid for your mistake.

I’ve been a client of Lynn’s for 30 yrs for my business and for my personal taxes. She and her staff are great especially Wanda. She’s not just my cpa but has become a friend over the years.

After researching tax preparers I decided to call this one, I was astounded by the crass and cold lady who answered the phone, she had a big negative attitude and was hateful, then when I chose to write this review I saw all the bad reviews. There was counter reviews by the company making excuses like a 3 year old would make when caught doing something wrong… very transparent. Apparently this company knows very little about doing taxes , but the horrible attitude of the woman that answers the phone is any indication of what goes on there, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business, the reviews speak volumes!!!

Will not being going back. Short version of my story. This company did our taxes. We ended up owing the IRS $4000.00 We knew something was wrong because we've never owed anything to the IRS. We asked that our paperwork be looked over again. We were told there was nothing that could be done. My wife spent 16 hours total on the phone with the IRS over the course of 2 months. We found out there was an error made by our tax preparer. We ended up resubmitting our paperwork ourselves and ended up getting a refund of $4000. A pretty expensive mistake.

Terrible service. She doesn’t return phone calls or answer emails. Office is very disorganized; allows dogs to run free. Will never use this business again.

Always get your taxes done in a timely fashion and guide you in the right direction with any question regaurding your business you may have... any steps on opening a business or closing a business Van Blakes will guide you in the right path... her and her staff know the outs and ends. Go in her office feeling down she will make you leave with a smile... so glad I found Van Blake. Very profesional. 10 thumbs up!!!! I have dealt with this location for almost 10 years and would recommend to anyone... Thank you for your service Van Blake!!!!
