I submitted a load for factoring yesterday, 24 hours later there hasn’t been any progress. There was a problem with the verification of the documents, I called the broker and she said it is taken care of, and tbs will be paid on 2-17. But now tbs wants written authorization because the BOL had shortages, and of course they are closed now.

I am having the hardest time getting a simple letter of release from them, they understand I need that to bill directly but don't care. I highly suggest going elsewhere to get factoring, filing, and anything else you need.

If you get the bills before noon, you get the money same day, super fast. The only time they are slow is around the holidays, don't even think about factoring then. If you have any issues whatsoever there are no solutions only problems. I have learned from my mistakes with factoring and they all suck. The best bet is to take out a line of revolving credit and pay yourself. Because once you're in their trap you cannot get out. That's a fair warning to anybody thinking about factoring.

This company promises to pay you on time and never does and when you cancel then they say they aren’t making any money off of you but charge you 130.00 for something that costs 12.00 to cancel your UCC filing. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR FACTORING THEY WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THWY WILL DO!!!!!!!
