This business only has a presence on the online world. Its not a business that is accessible and convenient. Katrina might make it seem like its convenient when everything is done online, but in reality its an unstable way of doing real life business with real life people. Mark my words, do not go through this CPA. Lol @ the owners response. She responded at 9:01AM today March 9th. This is my response to her response. MY ISSUE is that this business does not get back to its client in a timely manner. I had to harass Katrina on her online accounts to get back to me. She revoked my access to the online portal she uses because of my review and harassment. How unprofessional is that? SHE DOESN'T GET BACK, ITS ALL ON HER TIME. P.S. All these great reviews this business has are probably not credible reviews. They are pushed reviews because this business has so many bad ones. UPDATE: May 15, 2024. It seems Katrina did not fully inform me about having to fill out form 8832 along with form 2553 when she filed my taxes under form 1120-S. She knowingly knew it was my first year of filing taxes for my business and did not include this information when filing my taxes so now I am dealing with it. Her credibility with doing taxes in the industry has failed me. ANYONE whose had a bad experience with this business, please make a review to inform others how unprofessional Katrina does business so we can STOP her business from being successful. (:

Just like others got scammed out of 650 that’s why she does taxes for that price so she can lure you in and take your money a real tax person do these type of taxes will charge 1500-2500 could not get a hold of her for 4 days she claims it was only 4 hours then she fired me then all her phone numbers say they are disconnected .
