I have been using Cox Holsted & Associates for at least 10 years. They handle my business accounting services and personal taxes. I’ve grown the business working with them. We use cloud based QuickBooks, invoicing, receipts entry, bank and credit card data are all in real time. We often have a meeting about my business finances and what I need to do to keep things legitimate. I’ve learned a lot from staying with Cox Holsted for so long.

I came across Cox Holsted, while researching QuickBooks consultants in the OKC Metroplex in the Summer of '20 and finding them has transformed our business! Cynthia (Cox) helped modernize & transition our accounting system to the cloud and has served as an outsourced "controller" for the better part of the last year. While Doug (Holsted) has helped us on the corporate tax side of our business and has provided excellent service & professional advisement after a complex transaction and through a global-pandemic 2020 tax season! I highly recommend Cox Holsted to any "Small to Medium-sized Business" owner. Doug, Cynthia and their team, have been working with me personally and professionally Since 2008. They have helped me thru all of life's challenges, debt management, personal finances, divorce, having a child, having another child, getting remarried, credit repair, investing, home purchases, vehicle purchases and sales, starting a business, hiring employees, payroll, time keeping, And oh yeah and they do my taxes too!. I've always felt great knowing that we are on the right side of the line and I can focus on my life and my business. Instead of dealing with government forms.
