Charged me almost $300.00 to prepare basic individual taxes. No property, investments, or anything of that sort was involved. The previous years taxes filing at the same location were $70.00.

They are amazing! I went to H&R for almost 10 years and finally decided to go elsewhere after they lost $5,000 of mine. I’ve worked at the same job for 6 years, my taxes have always been filed the same, but CHRISMAN & CHRISMAN are actual tax professionals so my return was much larger this time! Same with my fiancés! Went to Chrisman and Chrisman after dealing with another accountant that had us pay over $20,000 to the IRS because they said we still owed that and more. Called Chrisman and Chrisman out of desperation and a recommendation from a friend. Not only did they see me within two days, but they fixed all of the mistakes the other accountant had made. By starting completely over. with our taxes. We got all of our money back plus some. Because we actually had over paid with our withdrawals. It's been over four years and I'm stilling having Chrisman and Chrisman handle all of our taxes and also our kids taxes. Some years we owe and some years we get a refund. Either way we know that it's being done correctly! That's what really matters! We recommend them to everyone that has had the same kind of nightmare as us or just looking for someone that cares about their customers. Thank You Chrisman and Chrisman!

Made an LLC and didn't include the basic documents needed to open a bank account. When I called to ask why they said they don't do that kind of thing and told me I should figure it out on my own.

Torie is the sweetest . Always takes her time to answer my 100 questions . The entire team is very respectful and helpful . Have been going her for 2+ years and never been disappointed. They really know what they are doing and have helped me fix errors in my taxes to assure it is filled correctly . 5 stars all the way . Punctual , sincere , Charismatic and Very professional

I love this place and these people. They are the type of people you invite to your kids 1st birthday party...which I did... They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything we throw at them and give me such a peace of mind about our taxes.
