Best payroll experience ever! Very professional , knowledgeable , responsive and helpful! We have tried other payroll companies and they were terrible ! Communication was extremely hard at other large payroll companies - but Payroll vault is GREAT!! Very thankful to find an amazing company !! 😄😄

I had a consultation, and Marc was rude in my opinion and condescending. I am a very small business owner just trying to make sure that I track things properly. I felt like due to me being in my 20s and not being a "big client" he seemed annoyed at the interaction. He didn't even offer services until near the end of the conversation. I can understand if my business is too small and unimportant to need your services, but the interaction was not good. Assuming that I do not have the funds to cover the costs of services is very impolite. I make over 100K/year in my household while pursuing a master's in the health field. I could easier afford <$150/month if I wanted to, and I did not appreciate that assumption. My small business that just couldn't benefit from your services is my stepping stone to opening a private practice in dietetics, and I found the immediate dismissal in attitude and tone very upsetting. I was interested in the plans offered, once they were actually offered. However, I wouldn't work with someone who dismisses me so easily and readily without even listening to anything except my monthly income from this business after I've only been operating for six weeks. I will keep this in mind when I actually need to hire someone to do my accounting for my private practice in the next few years. I went into this conversation just wanting to pay a couple hundred dollars to get a solid tax plan for the upcoming year, and I left after being told I couldn't benefit in any way and to do it myself.

Professional and efficient tax services at a fair cost. Mr. Boulanger is very responsive and is a textbook for complex tax questions. Offering in person and remote tax preparation, I truly appreciate the services rendered.
