CROOKS!!! Poor response.. confirmed appointment… they never showed… Samantha and the associates DO NOT return calls..or emails… still holding my tax documents hostage… But they by God took my money in a hot minute….Get a reputable tax service!!! Stay away from here…

Samantha started working with us and asked for several documents — no matter how much we gave her, she always said she needed something else. She said she could handle our taxes once we provided her with everything. After struggling to find documents that we have now come to understand that we didn’t even need, we were finally able to provide all of the documents she requested, and she ghosted us… No response, no text back, no “away” email message, nothing. All of this was after almost two years of delayed responses and struggling to find obscure and unnecessary documents. It looks like her website is closed now, too, so maybe she’s decided to close her business. I’m not sure what (if anything) is going on in her life, but I have heard of at least 5 other people she has treated the same way. Super unprofessional and flaky. Steer clear.

Critical Update: Samantha reached out, and notified me that she had IT issues that prevented her from knowing about the calls, appointments, and was extensive enough that it prevented her from knowing that it was missed. This is at a fault of a silent acquisition outside of White Rose Business Group. I had a scheduled call with Samantha today, and everything went perfect. She was early, ready to go, answered all of my questions, and we built a plan of action for my business during the upcoming tax season. I am confident in White Rose Business Group again, and I am excited to work with them for my taxes in the year 2025. OLD OUT DATED: ***** Samantha was wonderful my first year but this year has been terrible. I reached out early to Samantha hoping to get my taxes filled weeks ago and the only reply I've gotten was their calendar link. I put time on their calendar twice and waited for them to join the meeting for an hour both times with no-show, no reply or follow up. I've tried calling both phone numbers I have for them and leaving voice mails. I'm only asking to file my simple tax return and I have all the documents and details ready.

I paid Samantha to amend four years of my returns for S corp status since my previous accountant was supposed to be filing as such (the election was approved) and to draft a forgiveness letter for the penalties. She was never particularly responsive, but after she filed my amendments she became unresponsive. When she did respond, she ignored all but one of my questions. The abatement letter was supposed to be sent months ago and when I inquired, she made excuses or just ignored my inquiries. She does not return phone calls and has no autoresponders informing me of extended response times. She also uses public Dropbox links to send sensitive files which are completely unrestricted and are stored in the browser history. It's a disservice to her paying clients to not subscribe to a tax portal like the majority of CPAs. Samantha needs to be upfront about her extremely slow response times outside of tax season. Her customer service is very poor.
