Be careful when you get your taxes done here make sure before you leave you get the correct paperwork because they are careless and give other people your tax forms

Get your tax prepers together!! You guys go up every year and the tax prepers get worse ! Back before covid some of the workers are nice enough to give me a tiny discount. Not only do I not get that anymore, but your prepers are not even friendly! I went in on February 9th to file my taxes ! 2 week later I call in to ask why it is still processing? They proceeded to tell me because we are getting a paper check !! After she specifically asked me my banking information, she still puts it down as a paper check ! All we got was an Im sorry its human error ! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! better luck with turbo tax !

These guys handle it all! I have complicated taxes being a foster and adoptive parent. I was a little skeptical at first, but they really know their stuff. Kind courteous prepares and staff. I always recommend them!
