Not the best or worst experience, but due to an oversight by the tax preparer, I received a letter that I still owe $50 to my city. Why do I pay for someone to do my taxes if they're not going to do it correctly. The only benefit was that they knew about a credit for going to school. However, I could find that myself on the irs website. Just annoying, 1 small mistake, but it isn't something I should have to deal with when I paid a tax preparer.

The WORST experience I have ever had. I have never used an accountant before and decided to use one to file my 2019 taxes. Never again!! Huge waste of my money and it is now the end of January 2020. I still have yet to receive my tax return. I call at least twice a month, and I have not received one phone call. Do not recommend!! Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
