This Bookkepping service was terrible. Hayley had my records for 2.5 months and didn’t touch them. So I pick them up and used utube videos to do on my own. I told her I would try to do most on my own to help move things along. Then if she could help with reconciling, Against my husband’s recommendation to just fire them I gave one last shot. I asked her, how long before she could get to them with her response being in about 4 days. Two and half weeks later still had not looked at my info. I already had to file an extension with my accountant because they could not do anything in any timely fashion. I definitely would not recommend using this company!!! I went by the reviews when I hired them. I normally don't write reviews but this was a horrible experience and I hope to save the next person who goes by a review. This was was a small business.

As a small business owner it can be tough facing the financial side. Hayley, the owner of In Balance Bookkeeping, was very helpful and professional as she guided me through her services and now as a client of hers I am eternally grateful. If you are looking for someone to handle all of your bookkeeping needs and keep your butt in gear (financially) CALL HER!!!
