I’ve been using state accounting for five or six years. The rates are reasonable and the service is great. They respond to any questions may have. I would highly recommend state accounting.

I have been going to State Accounting for years and really liked my tax preparer. HOWEVER, this year I received a letter from the city saying incomplete tax information was submitted by State Accounting. I called and spoke with a lady on the phone from State Accounting and she advised she would get this handled and email me a copy for my records...nothing was ever received. I called back and spoke with Wally and explained everything again and he said the same thing....nothing was ever received. Meanwhile I was still not getting my refund because the city didn't have the completed tax information. I called today and spoke with a woman (who I believe is the same woman I spoke with initially) on the phone and tried to explain what happened and she was VERY RUDE to me. I asked could I speak with someone else because she was being rude and she informed me she was "part owner" in the business in a very caddy tone. If this is how this company treats patrons who have legit concerns I would NEVER give them business again. I did speak to Wally who assured he did send the info in and did email me this time while I was on the phone, but never did he apologize for the inconvenience to me or the unprofessional child like behaviour of the woman child. Overall this company will not be getting my business again and I will be taking the business of the five people I referred to them with me.
