This is the first time I/we have not done our own taxes. The past few years of taxes have been very time consuming and difficult because of multiple sources of revenue and owning a small company. We called around to several companies and our initial phone call and follow-up video conference with Ncrease made our choice very easy. After we supplied them with all of our tax information it was a very short time before they had everything ready for us to review. Choosing Ncresae has saved us a lot of time and improved our returns. As a side note, regardless of if I called or stopped in the office, the staff has always been a breath of fresh air! Great experience! Filing our taxes was extremely easy. We just uploaded our info into their secure website, followed our personalized checklist, and shortly after our taxes were filed. They are extremely easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. We will definitely use again.

They were more than patients with all my doubts. I wanted to had a kickoff meeting because I had a lot of questions. But honestly with their online system you can do everything online. They have a lot of knowledge and have a very good checklist to make sure you report everything that you have to. My return taxes was successful.
