I cannot express my happiness enough to have found this firm. The staff is friendly and seem happy to be there. Alex did my taxes this year and he was super knowledgeable, and I met Dr. Essex who took the time to sit down with me and get to know me a bit (without an appt). I'll schedule another meeting with him in the near future to work through plans for my business and it's future growth! Do yourself a favor and call them if you are looking for tax representation!

After refusing to see me in person and only communicating through email, they have messed up my returns, had to amend them a year later, told me bad advice which has now led to a tax lien on my property to a state that I never paid taxes to. If you want your taxes to be royally messed up for years to come this is your solution.

Absolutely amazing! I’m a single mom and also an entrepreneur and honestly all the data and numbers I had to plug in for my taxes made me feel like my head wanted to spin and explode at the same time. I came in and they took such good care of me! They were very warm including the owner! Can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for them! They literally lifted a mountain off of me ! This company believes that you shouldnt have to pay more taxes when you make more money and advertises that way. I think I understand whats wrong with society now.

Weve used this company for several tax preparations. The lack of response or inability to talk to anyone is extremely frustrating. It will take a few days just to get through to a secretary, just to be told you have to make an appointment for a phone call in another week. As far as Jennifer goes....well Ive received better customer service from high school kids. She cant provide any detailed plan to correct any of our issues. Its like pulling layers back on a rotten onion to get a straightforward answer from her. After paying $500 for this service and no one could explain our issues to us she responded with sorry and a long awkward pause. Save you time and money and go to someone else. Dont buy their snake oil Just to edit my review. After 3 other companies reviewed my file I got back from essax. There are numerous errors Wow its like all the new 5 star reviews are friends of the company. Barely anyone reviews anything else but hey its all 5 stars now lol
