Did not file my taxes on time, I have my new accountant calling daily to tell me numbers are not matching up what they reported. Was great for all of 3 months. Then it takes 2+ weeks to get an answer from anyone. I had referred another friend/business to them and they have experienced the exact same thing I have. Very disappointed. Especially for 500$ a month!

Do not use this firm. I had to get all of my taxes redone. I went in January and they didn't complete them until the very last second of April 15. The amount they told me I owed was incorrect. I worked with the IRS and a different firm and was able to owe less than half of what they said I originally owed. On top of all of that, they asked for the login username and password to my bank account, which my bank has since told me is extremely dangerous that you should never be asked this by any accounting firm and should never give it out, which was too trusting on my part. After contacting them repeatedly, asking for someone to return a call or email and do me the courtesy of helping explain my taxes, they used this information to place an unauthorized charge on my account for the full fee, even though I couldn't use the taxes they prepared and did not file them, nor had I received a call or email back. I was unable to get the unauthorized charge back because the bank said I gave them my login details, willingly, which unfortunately, I did. I was so misled. Also, their response to me below says that I wanted to "defraud" the government and have them "lie and falsify information" about my taxes, which I certainly never asked them to do, and would be a ridiculous thing to ask an accounting firm to do. I simply asked how the amount they told me could be so high and listed a detailed email with questions concerning their work, which is perfectly reasonable if you are a client and are paying for a service. They ignored all my emails and didn't return my phone calls. As evidenced by their incredibly unprofessional response here, where they share private information about my retirement withdrawal (a huge red flag to any customer who might trust them with your private finances). There was no intention to defraud the government, just simply have my taxes done correctly so as not to have to overpay, in a timely manner and have my questions answered via email or phone call. None of which were done. I attempted to resolve the matter by asking for my paperwork back (which I still haven't received) and a partial refund, which if not done, I had the courtesy to forewarn them that I would be leaving reviews of their poor work online, as a warning to others possible small business owners who might also be taken advantage of. If this makes me difficult, then I guess I am. As you can see from their response, they are unprofessional enough to post a previous client's private information online and will make outlandish claims when they are confronted with their negligence. Again, don't go to them.

Tom is the absolute best! I’ve been using him for not only my business monthly accounting and taxes but also for my personal taxes too! There’s truly no one I would trust more than Tom! I recommend every business owner I know to him cause he’s truly helped my business succeed so much over the years!

Great price and fast. I don't know why accountants around the Falls don't have many reviews, but this one deserves a good review. I had a variety of forms beyond a normal W2 and some weird situations, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The quoted fee was beyond reasonable in my opinion. At the end I got a copy of all my forms and we did an echeck for everything. When I walked out the door I only had to send one preprepared item to RITA. I couldn't imagine this going any smoother.
