Paid entirely too much to wait well over a month for a certain gentleman to file my paperwork only to find out he misspelled my last name as well as both of my children's names even though it was all literally spelled out on paper. Will definitely not be using their services again.

I was very disappointed when I went to pick up my taxes yesterday. I got a call on Saturday telling me my file was ready for pick up. Called them back Monday to schedule a pick up for Wednesday. On the phone I gave them the personal information they needed. I go to the office on Wednesday and it took them 30 minutes to find my file because someone had filled it away and under the wrong letter. 4 times I was asked what the name was. At the same time two of the associates had a tiff with each other because one was uncomfortable with the other and it was not handled professionally. It took over a month for my taxes to be done and we were never told that the guy I've been going to for years has left. Needless to say I will be taking my business somewhere else now.

They will charge you 140 dollars for one tax return with no assets or write offs or investments. The most basic service they offer is 140 dollars... You arent paying extra for efficiency or customer service, thats for sure. They offer a discount only to people who have been using their service for years (like my parents) and they are saving 20 bucks. You will wait on the phone for a minimum of 15 minutes when you call them.
