I have been calling and calling trying to get in contact with this man as I have tried to receive update regarding my tax return. I do not live in OHIO anymore so my father in law has gone by the office for me with no luck to that either. I checked the IRS website and it is saying it’s not even been processed, indicting at this point my taxes weren’t even filed! I gave all information to this man before taxes were due and have heard absolutely nothing in response!!! I have called and called, done everything I can think of and cannot find out what is going on! WORST SERVICE EVER! I hope this review gets his attention so he finally decides to get back to us! I’m sick of not knowing what the hell has happened to my taxes!!! - Eleasah Wealand

I wish I could rate less because my wife and I have been calling and calling and calling and stopping at location minimum 10 times in order to get our 2022 tax return from this gentleman. It is the worst service I’ve ever received from any tax Prepare!! My only hope is that this guy reads this and decides to return all of our confidential information.
