Had my taxes done here. They lost my pin number and never told me my return was rejected until I called them 3 weeks later wondering where my return was. They told me the IRS was having problems processing returns this year. Finally after 3 days of back and forth they informed me about my pin number. I had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with the IRS to retrieve my pin number so my return could be processed. Horrible experience. I will never use them again.
