I previously left a glowing review of this company believing they were doing what they said they were doing. We were recently audited by the State of ND. Prime Numbers was unable to provide the auditor the information she required, and unable to explain why the numbers they submitted did not match the reports in Quickbooks. Needless to say the audit did not go well because of their ineptitude and it really showed their lack of the ND tax law when it comes to contractors working in the state of North Dakota.

Joseph Braun and his team at PrimeNumbers do an amazing job. Not only do they help us through our personal tax return and offer great advice, but also help out tremendously on my business. I've saved a lot of money over the years by the advice I've received and can't thank them enough.

We have worked with Joe and the Prime Numbers team for nearly 5 years. Accounting was one of the first jobs we outsourced to help our business run more efficiently years ago. Prime Numbers has grown with our businesses through the years and each year they taken on even more responsibility to create more capacity with our time. They've been a strong strategic partner for our month to month accounting needs, tax planning, and business growth discussions.

Prime Numbers has been the best business decision we have made when it comes to our finances. They act as a business partner helping to direct your business along with offering the day to day operations of bill pay, payroll, tax filing, etc. I would highly recommend Prime Numbers.
