Turbo tax and do it right for about 100 bucks. So you dont end up having to pay 10k in irs fines. If you do plan to use these people, MAKE SURE they did everything before leaving the office.

The receptionist is rude and doesn’t even speak to you. Covid was different so no in person appointments. The man who did my taxes didn’t understand or listen to what I had to say. I went in to pick them up the guy stepped out of his office was talking about my PERSONAL information how much money I was getting back how much money I made. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. After paying $200 to have my taxes done I am paying it again to have the ammendes he missed a $4000 credit I should have received. I will never recommend this place or go back!

This is the best tax and bookkeeping place in town! Todd does an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for all business needs. Anything from personal tax issues, to help with financial business decisions, Premier has helped me every step of the way!

I have been working with these wonderful people for several years. When I had my business Kristie took care of my payroll and all my tax reports. Todd is my tax guy. They are both on top of everything, quick to reply to my emails and a genuine pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with their services & I highly recommend!!

We made an appointment because our prior tax preparer passed away. I waited until the final week to make an appointment to have our taxes done, since I was in no hurry because I already knew we would have to pay in to the federal taxes, and were only getting a state refund because I had already run a check with turbotax. Of all the places I called, they were the first who told me they were still accepting new clients. The lady at the front was unfriendly and borderline rude. The tax preparer made a very tacky statement about our prior tax preparer. I was called two days after our appointment that my papers were ready for me to sign. I paid there fee and took the paper home for my wife to sign and the next day I returned them.(Again the lady up front had an attitude). Two days later it hit me that they never asked us how we would like to receive our state refund. Of course, by then it was the weekendand after hours. I emailed the preparer, and told him that I wasn't happy that he didn't ask if we wanted direct deposit. The response I got was that " if you get a federal refund direct deposit your state refund will be direct deposit as well". Apparently, he couldn't take the time to look at my file before getting back to me. I responded reminding him that we are only getting a state return, and not federal. I never heard back!! I guess there was a reason they were still taking new clients a week before the filing deadline. We will not be returning!!
