I have been going here for a couple years. The staff is always nice and I am always able to get all of my questions answered. It’s nice that they send a checklist the next year with everything you need to bring. That way there is no questions.

I have been fortunate enough to be on Candace Dally’s client list for 20 years. She and her staff have always done a thorough job. I have had my personal tax returns prepared by her office all these years. She keeps track of my changes and keeps me informed of how tax law changes will effect me. Tax season has been a non issue since I had the pleasure of Candace Dally preparing my returns.

I have filed taxes with Dally Tax since 2013 and Candace has always done a great job of giving me superb advice on my tax preparations. During that time, I opened a small business and she was very helpful at guiding me in how to proceed with my business and personal expenses in regards to my tax situation. One thing that I like about Candace is that she is always up to date on the tax code changes and advises me how to best prepare for these changes for myself and my business. She is personable, remembers details about what's going on in your life, and takes the time to chat with you and find out how you've been. I highly recommend Candace Dally Tax for your small business and personal needs.

Candace Dally is one of the most hateful and condescending people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time we would go to her office or speak with her on the phone she treated us like we were morons who she was doing a favor by handling our taxes. She even accused me of NOT providing her with my tax information/receipts even though I emailed them AND dropped physical copies off at her office. After proving that she was wrong by resending the documents that clearly showed the original date sent, she asked me to come to her office to rectify the situation. Upon arrival she brought me into her office where she told me that she would NOT resolve my issue and then proceeded to berate me for almost 30 minutes in front of one of her employees who she had brought in as a witness!!!! A HORRIBLE and demoralizing experience! How she stays in business is a complete mystery to me!

Very rude, decided to take my business elsewhere, Candace the owner who also does calls out to folks says she's done taxes for 40+years and loves her job but her attitude and tone with innocent people looking for help says other wise, people that pay to do taxes and account don't have to put up with snarky comments, sorry.

My wife and I called to find out hours and see about getting set up to get our taxes done. We call on a Sunday hoping to just hear the hours but a lady answered the phone. We asked a question and "got this is not H&R Block we do not do taxes on the fly". So with that kind of rudeness we just said to forget this place. We will find someone else.
