Williams and Associates helped us with a very complex tax problem involving a family members estate. Several other CPA’s refused to even look into the matter. We were extremely grateful to both Julie Williams and Nick Casini. Their expertise was matched by their calm and patient demeanor. They helped us tremendously and I recommend them unconditionally.

I had a conference call scheduled and they called my business instead of my cell phone and got rude with my receptionist when she wouldn't give them my personal number which they already had on file on one of the forms I previously submitted, written directly underneath my business number. My people do not give out my personal information because I've told them not to. When they figured out that they have me cell phone number, I was called and told that my receptionist was rude and shouldn't be working for my business because of her attitude. I don't appreciate my receptionist being talked down to and I certainly don't appreciate being told who I should or shouldn't have working for me. This company needs to follow it's own advice and drop the attitude when they take to people and literally demand information that they already have on file. I don't recommend this company because of THEIR attitude!!
