This firm was recommended by someone who named two specific employees for me to prepare my taxes. I went to the office to request their service, and was referred to someone else in this firm. Preparation was done by another person at the company, and I was subsequently billed when the taxes were prepared. I promptly paid the bill by check. Two months later I was billed again! I went online to my bank and produced a photo copy of the canceled check! I called, left messages, and approximately six calls I made, finally someone did the research and was told, "Your check was posted to the wrong account." SO unprofessional!
