Nina was an angel sent. Without her help I would not have been able to complete or receive any financial aid assistance from my school. She set the records STRAIGHT when she stepped up to undo the error that someone else had made doing my taxes. Because the Lord used Nina as an vessel, I will be graduating February of 2025. Beware of hidden fees. I was quoted one fee and then a fee for electronic processing was added, which I was fine with but then 3 additional fees were added so the total I paid was $173.95 over the fee I was quoted. Poor explanation regarding the cost. Get everything clear from the beginning! Also note they debit your return for all their fees instead of taking a check and it was not explained that they would provide you with a check for your return, one of the fees they charged, instead of letting the IRS mail it. None of the fees were explained allowing me to make a choice of what I wanted. Very poor communication!!
