UPDATE: Ronisha is an absolute blessing! She took care of my taxes this year, and it was such a relief. She's incredibly friendly and makes me feel at ease, so I can ask her anything or discuss any worries I may have. I'm so happy to have connected with her, she genuinely cares about me and my business. I can't thank her enough for all the time she's dedicated to helping me with my taxes. I had a consultation with Ronisha a couple months ago and decided to do the Understanding Finances and Taxes class with her since my business is still small enough for my taxes to be “easy” (are they ever really easy?). After the class, I felt very comfortable with calculating and paying my quarterly and annual taxes by myself. She sent me a bunch of resources to use and I also know she’s there for me whenever I have any questions!

After I found out that she missed a tax write off on my account she then got smart with me but her respond was she does classes once a year so she didn’t know about it. So she’s not educated on updated tax write offs unless she decides to take the class. Also found out that she never Reconciled my books after being a client for four months. I had to pay another accountant to fix everything that she did wrong.
