I have used Sheila and her team for a decade. She was on point, ever single time, week after week, month after month, year after year. Not only did she handle all books for my 4 companies, (a dozen reconciliations, sales tax, day to day activities) but she also became a trusted and valued advisor and friend. I literally invited her to my wedding, (and she came) some 10 years ago. I’m grateful for her professionalism and have always enjoyed working with her. I have not experienced a higher level of customer service out there, and I r had several book keepers, you have my word on that! If you are a small business, please do yourself and your company a favor, talk to Sheila at Quick Bookkeeping.

I hired this company to replace a company that I felt was charging to high, they spoke a big game as to their great service and all that they would handle for me. So to my fault of being a trusting person, I trusted Sheila and her employees to manage my account and everything be accurate. Well lets just say on several occasions my balances were off (and not by a small amount) only to get charged for additional hours for work that wasn't completed on their end in the first place to get resolved. After this happen on multiple occasions I felt it best to move on to a different company. Only now I am getting letters from the Department of Treasury requesting forms that have never been filled that was their responsibility to file and I paid them for this service, and to make it worst, they will not return my calls or offer any assistance in getting this resolved. If you're thinking about hiring this company please call me as a reference before moving forward. I just can't believe that this nice lady has turned to being someone to do business of this level.
