Do not work with CONSTANCE. Feb. 18th documents and information was emailed. It is now March 5th, and after multiple emails saying she will have items for me or will call to discuss documents, I never received any. I followed up multiple times by text and email, which was pointless. After I email her to let her know I will be using a different tax professional, she calls to tell me she is confused and that she is not right or wrong.... Please be considerate of deadlines...
