This is definitely NOT the place for quality and service. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone that you can speak with directly. Many times they have calls going directly to voicemail. When I email them, I rarely get a response from my accountant who handles my account. If anyone agrees with me please post it because maybe this way they will do better with their customer service.
