My parents have filed here for the past 20 years. It is way past the filing date and they still haven’t gotten back to us. If we owe any money to the IRS we will be very upset with them! I also have brought my tax papers to them and early also but it’s been over 3 months and nothing! I will be going in person on Monday to see what the issue is!

Excellent experience! Staff was friendly, and Zeba was very professional and saved us a TON on our taxes! She is very knowledgeable and shows you legally what you can and cannot do to get the greatest benefit. Her appointments are by appointment so you better ask for one a year in advance - that's how popular, and good, she is. There is no waiting and she really gets down to business when you arrive. I HIGHLY recommend her if you don't want to pay through the nose on taxes. She offers great advice and help me and my wife personally, and our small home business save tons of money.
