I worked with the organization for roughly six (6) years and throughout that time Onie was always great, despite her/them having a disruptive tendency to sometimes forget slight details about my arrangements that would slow things down. This year, within a month of the April 18th tax deadline, she suddenly dropped me from the firm after a debate over the phone about this years’ financial planning. Onie blamed me for incorrectly formatting materials she needed. I based this documentation entirely off of the previously filed tax documents and professional advice she had given me, but she had genuinely forgotten such even occurred… After a mild argument about such where I was treated with a very condescending tone, she hung up the phone on me altogether. Nevertheless, I provided her with the various revisions she requested later that evening, but the following morning I was notified that she would no longer be providing tax preparation services via email. I called her office the next morning to discuss the issue in order to not dissolve a six (6) year relationship over one trivial phone call. The secretary stated that she was currently busy, and that she would return my call once available. Onie never returned my call. I understand that she is very busy and seemed quite stressed at the time of our last phone call, but I find the entire handling of the situation to be extremely unprofessional. I’m disappointed that she would ever drop a client so effortlessly, especially near the deadline in the heart of tax season! Proceed with caution…

Onie is always great. She is very professional and sweet. She gives good advice and never charges you for things you don't need. Her daughter is just as nice. Family run business with honest people. Been going here for taxes for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

My husband and I have been working with Onie for about a decade now and recently moved. We thought we might get a local accountant this year, but the more interviews we went on with other accounting firms, the more it was clear, Onie is the only person we should work with for our tax/accounting needs......EVER.

Onie has done our taxes for many many years. We've never had a bad experience and she's super helpful in letting us know which credits we are eligible for that we might not know about and explaining to us exactly how our refund/debts are calculated. Love her! She makes the tax process so painless!

Ms. Parker has completed and submitted our tax filings for many years now. She is very organized, professional, and knowledgable. She has assisted us with 1040 and schedule A, child care credits, AMT issues and more. Price is very reasonable. She also assists you pre-meeting to insure you bring required materials.
