Paul has been preparing our tax returns for the last three years. He is a delight to work with, responsive to questions and comments, takes time to explain what was done and how. Caveat: we had to check the return, because small mistakes did appear. However, Paul gives us sufficient time to review the return and he promptly makes the requested corrections.

We originally had a good experience, but this past year hasn't been the same experience. We still don't know when our taxes are being filed. I've emailed 3-4 times with no reply. My husband has called and was told that he "saw your wife's emails." I own a small business and was hoping to do a check in before the EOY to get a pulse on what I can expect for taxes next year. And I can't get a response. It's just disappointing that we can't even get info on when to expect our taxes to be filed, much less schedule time to prepare for the next year.
