Poor communication between staff and clients is an understatement.

I have used their services for many years, and they are excellent when dealing with complicated tax returns. They aren't the fastest shop in town, but I feel they are one of the most most reliable and trustworthy.

I concur wholeheartedly with DY OH'AR. Stay far away from this firm regarding any and all tax-related services. They are long on promises and short on delivery. They are part-time, subcontract out work to others in different states, charge a fortune for the simplest of tasks, and do not stand good on their word. Whatever work they did do, after procrastinating for six months until deadlines approached, was rushed and not thorough, even when one takes care to ensure plenty of time is given so tasks are not rushed but rather well done. No way, not with this firm. Overall, the experience with this firm leaves NC accountants in very bad light.
