Sam leader & Bucky are missed. He from the concord office & Bucky from the monroe office. They wouldn’t have run the office in concord like it is being run now. I’ve been a client since 1997. 2 years of no time for a small business, no questions on our taxes. Telling us we owe 10k without any questions, I required having a meeting & questioning an invoice I created & wasn’t sure about that ended up changing my taxes to getting $ back. If they had just asked in the first place (I gave a copy of this invoice) there wouldn’t have been a great worry on my part. They forgot about asking about our health insurance this year & had to refile us again. Last year was a mistake & they had to refile. They are not able to keep us & our low profit company as clients & monroe now says they r not taking new clients. What it feels like that really means is we don’t make a huge profit & we have health issues & need them to ask us questions & be onsite on tax day (like they did on the extension tax day.. who goes off site on the extended company tax due date & is not available to look at your taxes & if u hadn’t questioned them u would’ve owed 10k, but since u questioned them you get back $), then u r not a welcome client. Go here if u r making great bucks, then they will care for you and your business evidently even on tax due dates. If u r a small business that likes to help your clients and not charge exorbitant prices …beware. It’s not the same place as when Sam was here. He cared. He helped. Bucky cared. He helped. Now it’s all about the Benjamin’s.

Dan Morrow at Potter and company Have been doing all my accounting and corporate and personal taxes for my three companys for over15 years they do exceptional work I do highly recommend them .

Really disappointing experience after being referred to them. I reached outultiple times via email once connecting with Cindy but then nothing after. I called today and was hung up on. I told the person that referred me and they where mortified. Bad way to run a business.
