Absolutely terrible place to file every since covid. And way way over priced. I have filled my taxes here for over 10 years. Went from paying around 200$ to going from 360-600$ in the past 3 years. They don’t tell you this until everything is all completed , so when I called to ask them to break down that price , they could t give me an answer and stated they charge 150 an hour , meaning they spent 4 hours on my taxes? When all I had was a small binder for my small business, with all the expenses categories, literally everything is basically done already they just had to plug it in. Then they also preceded to tell me that next year it would cost even more. Not only this price is complete trash now, but ever since covid 2021 they no longer do in person meetings. So everything is done over a phone call, which I don’t personally care for. Not to mention you don’t know who is working on your stuff unless you call, last year and the year before that had an Indian accent lady , who would call me and ask questions and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I will not be going back here , and will never recommend this place to anyone. Even when it only cost me 200 a few years back it was higher than most places, but they were good back then , and had in person meetings so it seemed worth it to me.

These folks are really something..never used them before but...no call back no email, they said they can just file an extension? How do I know if they did file an extension? Lol they just say they are really busy lol

Worked with this company successfully for years, but the last 3 years (2020,21,22) have been horrible - poor communication, incompetence, no attention to details resulting in errors, and a procession of different preparers so that no one had accountability. Nothing got done until I contacted the office manager, and then only slowly. I moved to Cannon Tax and Accounting in Charlotte for assistance in preparing 2023 returns. What a breath of fresh air - welcoming office staffed with people who seem to enjoy their work, quick clear professional communication, and my return complete and ready to file within 2 weeks of submission of my documents (a process that always took at least 6 weeks at Dry). And, the price was about 60% what I paid at Dry. Dry seems to be running on a 1980 business model. There are better options out there with less stress and lower prices.

Poor company to work with, poor communication which has costed us a great deal of money as a result and poor time management. Over all disappointed, had our taxes done here for years and we will not be going back.

I only used this company because my brother recommended them. They miss spell my child's last name so my taxes got denied. They told me they had to re send them back and it will take up to 14 week to 16 weeks to get them back. Charged 180 for an hour. They were completed March 17th. Here it is August the 22nd and still not a penny from my federal taxes. Everything time I call they can not see or doing anything about it they say. Never using them again.

We’ve used them for a few years. Called twice and left voicemail to have them send me a copy of 2022 taxes my husband had just given them days before to file so I could fill out information I needed for my child’s school. They did not even bother to return my calls or give me the copies I requested.

I have personally used this office for 11 years of tax filing and am extremely disappointed in the service throughout the past 2-3 years. Despite having some of the highest preparation fees for a simple W2 return, they are completely unorganized and do not hold themselves accountable. We were included in the data breach and were assured our taxes were being handled accordingly and they were in contact with the IRS, when in fact, our identity was stolen and a fraudulent return had been filed 6 months prior. They lied, and were not in contact with IRS representatives. It has now been more than a year, and we have not seen a single penny of our $8,400 federal tax return. The office staff and senior accounts are continuously dismissive, unorganized, and unwilling to assist in the mess they created.
