Partnering with Honeyguide is a game changer. My bookkeeping firm loves working with them on joint ventures. They are not only data wizards who come up with solutions to every problem, but their team is an absolute pleasure to work with! The impact they have on businesses' financial health and visibility is immediate and vast. I am in awe at the quantity of data they can synthesize into meaningful outcomes so that business owners can see the big picture more clearly. Honeyguide can sweep up all of your data, plug any holes, and capture all billable items to improve cash flow. I have seen them make such an immediate impact on workflow that business owners can't believe their own to-do list became so short, so fast. It often takes clients a moment to absorb the sheer quantity of things Honeyguide took off their plate! Once you hire Honeyguide, you will wonder how in the world your company ever functioned without them.

I interned with Neil Boss and Honeyguides consulting. Last year (2020), from June to December. I cannot express enough how much I learned from Neil and the company. The intricacies, the efforts, and determination it takes to run a company efficiently and smoothly are some of many skills I have taken from my time there. Understanding the importance of proper book keeping and accuracy is something that many do not get to have a 360 scope of, but I was able to hone and improve my skills in these areas to apply my future career. I would encourage anyone to work with Honeyguide if they are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work there.

The sessions I’ve had with honeyguide have been incredibly helpful as I think through various aspects of running my new business. Neil Boss is exactly the person I needed to sit down with to think through systems and management decisions. He listened and gained a thorough understanding of my questions and gave me thoughtful, detailed guidance tailored to my specific needs and wants for my business. He brings not just his expertise but also a genuine desire to see your business succeed to every conversation. I would highly recommend his services to other small businesses; you will know you are in great hands from your first meeting with him.

As a small business owner, I have to make a lot of decisions as to where to spend my time and resources. What will be worthwhile and what won't? I know I want to grow my business while also maintaining some sort of work/life balance, and it's often hard to know where to turn. Enter Neil Boss!! Neil is thoughtful in his approach as he really took the time to learn about me and my individual situation before seeing how he could be of service. In just one advisory session, Neil set me on a path that truly inspires me He helped me pinpoint and clarify some additional ways to grow my business that are very natural next steps but that I couldn’t see myself. He helped me create a plan and structure for my business that will have clear and substantial monetary advantages without sacrificing the work/life balance that I’d like to maintain. I truly love running my own business, but having someone on the outside who is as thoughtful, smart, and experienced as Neil is truly invaluable.

Hiring Boss Expertise was the greatest business decision of my life. When Better Sessions was ready to grow, I didn't have the expertise to take my business to the next level. Neil helped me create a plan that was easy to understand and implemented procedures and policies that I continue to use to this day. He helped me transition from being a solopreneur to managing a team of 8 coaches. My workload has significantly reduced, leaving me time to focus on the aspects of my business which I love and my monthly income doubled within six months! Highly recommend!
