I found Beetax through a Google search and decided to contact them for a consultation due to their good reviews rate. I do not have any pleasure in writing reviews like this one. Unfortunately, my experience was very different than other customers. I contacted them to schedule a consultation regarding a new business and was informed that a $160 consultation fee had to be paid in advance. Until then, I was ok because I needed the service, so I paid right the way even though I thought it was a bit expensive. they were nice about accommodating my request to have the consultation sooner than the original date. I went there and the consultation lasted about 15-20 minutes. They did not had much knowledge about the subject I brought over, which I did informed them in advance. I was told by the end of our short meeting that she would do a research about the topic and reach back to me. I called and emailed after that and got no reply at all after more than a week. Unfortunately, I feel like it was a waste of my money. BTW, after that I had another two different consultations with different CPA’s in the area at no charge.

A friend of mine recommended me this office so I decided it to give it a chance this year. I went to have my income taxes done and what a pleasant service I got. Everyone is very friendly and Sorel is very skillful and professional; they exceeded my expectations. I fully recommend Bee Tax!
