Tax Advisors of Cary are amazing to work with. David and his team are the most knowledgeable, through, and make tax time (which can be very stressful) as stress free as possible. If you need a tax advisor, no matter what your profession is, and no matter where you live, David and Tax Advisors of Cary is the one you can trust. Started working with David many years ago when I was an employee in a big tech company in San Francisco. David’s knowledge, being in Cary, surpassed the one of many working an living in Bay area. In fact, I found David when my previous advisor had messed up my taxes. 5 years of working with David and I cannot recommend someone with a higher integrity, professionalism and care. And what I pay for Tax Advisors of Cary is a fraction of what some other firms ask for. It has been a true pleasure working with David and his firm.

Started well, ended stressfull, and remains so. Everything went well up to the point I paid them. The fee is the highest I have ever paid for tax preparation by several hundred dollars. I wasnt even caring about that as long as the service was seamless. It wasnt. The process was that I provide my checking account information and they would process the payment to the IRS. They never paid it. I emailed them, no response. I drove there (my gas/my time) and they said I could pay using a voucher or via a link. At that point I was wondering why they had me provide my checking account and routing number. Well the link didnt work. I ended up writing a paper check to the IRS today, very close to next weeks deadline and one more trip in the car (my gas/my time) to the post office to ensure mailing as fast as possible. Ill be stressed about this until I get some kind of confirmation back from the IRS which most likely means more time waiting on the phone and wading through AI menus. I will be using a different tax preparer next tax season.

I've been working with David and the Tax Advisors of Cary for several years and couldn't be happier. They've expertly handled my complex tax situations, including stocks, RSUs, and royalties, always finding ways to maximize my refund. While the initial setup requires some effort, subsequent years are a breeze—just submit your documents and they take care of the rest. Note that they are extremely busy during tax season, but they still manage to respond to emails promptly. Don't expect five minute response times. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing reliable tax advice.

I was harassed to pay an invoice for over $400 up front..my taxes were not filed with this company and very little was done to check how much of a refund I would be getting. I will not recommend this service to anyone I know.
