I just met with Tasha McCormick and she was absolutely wonderful! She made a process I always dread every year into an easy delightful experience. I cant please there isnt a fee for this service!

We came in as a family to get insurance for myself and husband. My daughter came in with us to sign up for herself, and my son and his family got theirs. We all had a great experience....friendly people who spent as much time as needed to find us the best insurance options, and who answered any and all questions we had.

Three of the last four years have seen me sitting in the Platinum exchange office. I have always consistently had an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, capable, and patient. In spite of the difficulties posed by my lack of organization, they have been able to help me sort through all of the difficult and confusing aspects of getting health insurance. I strongly recommend Platinum group both online and in-person to my friends. And the best part is, many of their services are free to the customers.
