My husband had been doing his taxes with Nancy Guzman for years. He recommended me to her and she definitely lived up to the hype. She is knowledgeable, professional, sincere, & thorough. Someone else reviewed saying that doing your taxes with Nancy is like visiting family, and I agree 1000%. Not just her but the entire staff at Tax Plus makes you feel that way. We had an appointment at 8pm and we admittedly stayed a bit past closing but not once did I see a sour face on any of the staff members. I felt really bad for making them stay later but I appreciated that they weren’t bothered by it in the least. Rather, they were happy to help us. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I have come here for the past 10 years and always filed with Niurka. I have never had an issue. Unfortunately she has left the company and what happens a ton of issues, that they messed up on but insist that it was my fault. If they are the professionals then why keep missing something? I never had issues how all of sudden everything is going wrong? The only thing different is the prepaper.
