Our organization recently engaged ProNexus to facilitate our implementation of NetSuite, expecting a smooth and supportive experience based on first meetings and deliberate promises. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, it felt like a bait and switch. While we initially reached out to ProNexus for implementation guidance based on their proximity to our headquarters, and we ended up working closely with a firm out of Colorado. Without this specific employee from the other firm, we would never have been able to go live with our new system. The ProNexus consultants assigned to our project seemed ill-prepared and disorganized, often lacking the necessary information and expertise. One of our primary reasons for selecting ProNexus was their advertised comprehensive and local support during the implementation phase. However, once the contract was signed, their support was minimal at best. Requests for assistance were met with slow responses, and when they did respond, the solutions provided were usually unhelpful and we would have to spend time searching for the answer on our own. Currently, we are being forced to pay ProNexus a commission on all services completed with the other firm. We would not have any problem paying this fee if ProNexus was an active participant in our current business. However, we have not spoken to a ProNexus employee since the beginning of the year. We cannot recommend ProNexus for any organization looking for a reliable and supportive implementation partner. We hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their services for future clients, but unfortunately, we offered feedback during the process, and it was not met with warm response. We suggest looking elsewhere for your implementation needs.
