I’ve been using Walter’s company for a few years now for my personal & business taxes- they’ve been great. - They paired me w/ one of the accountants that handles my type of business- she’s been very responsive to all my emails/ silly questions & helpful in any advice I’ve needed. - What I love is that they remind me of my sales tax due dates (so I don’t have to pay any penalties), review everything w/ me & complete my taxes in a timely manner.

Called the company 3 days in a row trying to get an answer about my tax needs and also was looking on registering an LLC. Whoever answered the phone didnt know anything about taxes or registering LLC. They took my message 3 days in a row promised calls back. Never got a call back. Will never waste my time calling them again trying to give them business.
