I had a bit of a complex tax to file this past year which had to include the sale of my late mothers house in Los Angeles which I had inherited. I owned no property in the past so my income tax previously had been simple enough for me to file. I took a chance with Neil and James at Cicero, LoVerde & Pacifico after reading the positive reviews on Google as well as being quite close to where I live. They requested all of the paperwork that I had access to and reviewed my needs. After looking everything over they told me that they could and would process my tax return. During the process they discovered that I overpaid the state of Calif on the taxation of my mothers house through escrow. Asking me if I wished them to pursue the escrow company and the state of California taxation board. I agreed…. They were extremely knowledgeable and stuck with my case overseeing the entire process. I could not have asked for more, not to mention even realizing I overpaid California with out their expertise. I have now received the check due to me from the state of California. I applaud their efforts and can highly recommend the services they provided. Truly went above and beyond…
