Im so confuse I call because I need to do my taxes and was hoping to schedule a appointment a lady answer and when I ask how I could get the process started she hung up on me so I thought that it could of had been a mistake so I call again and it hung up I was in shock so I call one more time and she answer but I think she thought I was someone else so I ask what happen and she said nothing I kept saying hello, hello, and no answer… I don’t know if this could of been a malfunction but if it was not it is very unprofessional.

I have recently started working with John and his firm. I was using another Accountant for years, and it took me time to make a huge decision to switch company's. After I made the switch I was mad at myself for not doing it sooner. John's office is spectacular and will work tirelessly for you. I have never been happier ! I highly recommend him!
