It was a pleasure to work with Caitlin at Michael Crowley CPA. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered every question I had in an easy to understand way. I will be recommending her to my family and friends.

Would NOT recommend this firm for ANY accounting practices. Missed my HSA deduction on 2019 return, thought it was "just a duplicate" figure from the 2018 return. Prepared a completely incorrect Trust return and then had to amend. ALL verified by another firm. Amended return either never filed or incorrect AGAIN since payment was returned from the IRS. Immediately contacted the owner and received nothing but excuses and absolutely NO follow up. VERY unprofessional in every aspect. Instead of looking to help, completely washed his hands of this issue. Now I have to involve another firm to resolve this. It's been a year with NO resolution by Michael Crowley. Please do not waste your money with this CPA

Mike has been my CPA for about 6 years. He's simplified my taxing filing experience by an order of magnitude. He's very responsive, professional and an all-around great guy to work with.

After discussing my options with Mike, we agreed it would be easiest if I had my taxes done by his son Kevin in their Albany office. Kevin did a phenomenal job, was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions and made it so very easy. I simply dropped my taxes off and picked them back up the next day. This was the first time I had my taxes done here and I'll be back, not to mention referring everyone I can!
