I was with the firm for 4 years. Over the years I have been bounced around to a new accountant every year with no information sharing at each transition. I was billed for repetitive conversations to answer the same basic questions to bring them up to speed. They were delayed and non-communicative, resulting in my requesting an extension on my taxes even though I emailed documentation throughout the year and at the start of the new year. I had to resend emails they lost and deal with weekend phone calls from them when I provided multiple windows of time to chat during the week. When my SCorp was formed, and I purchased commercial property, they did not provide any follow-up guidance (PTET tax, separate SCorp). After they saw that my revenue was significantly more than last year, they only started to respond to my communication. I do not recommend Bonn, Dioguardi, and Ray.

I was with them for over 4 years and had no issues for the first few years. Two big issues in the past 6months. First: If you need to talk to someone, don't think it will happen. Expect to wait weeks for a call/email back. You can get the front desk to answer, but no one calls you back. Second: I was pawned to a staff accountant who told me at 445pm I needed to sign a form, the form was due at 5pm. When I tried to drop it off (515pm, I don't live next door) they went home and never told me about their upload option for that form until the next morning. Again, I was with them for 4+ years and had no issues until recently. Now its terrible. I am going to a smaller firm, BDR has become too corporate.

Did my taxes with NFS for years who sold my account to this horrible organization. First and last dealing with Heidi, who felt it necessary to tell me she had been there 10 years, and the company was like her own, then procceded to hang up on me. That really doesnt seem to be the case as an owner would NEVER hang up on a client in this or any other business. Seems like this business wont get mine or the other 5 people that I brought to NFS. Nice job Heidi, learn to be a professional. Horrible experience, never would I have them do tax or accounting work for my dog, let alone my personal finances!!!!!

Takes them months for results, had them working on taxes for corporate and personal and they still have not finished them just a few days away from the deadline. Services are a joke!

First time used - gave everything in detail needed for taxes a MONTH prior!! left messages, no return calls, finally almost deadline a phone call saying they are done pick them up! second call saying NO actually NOT ready and needed something else and filing for an extension??!!??!! Being told last min, they asked for money for services which was HIGHER than most as I asked many people( I paid) .. Receive a bill from IRS because of being late that I am charged for ! I call to ask why I need to pay this? only to be told basically its not their problem?? And taxes were not even properly done as IRS actually caught an error in my favor! HORRIBLE SERVICE - Will NOT be recommending to ANYONE.. Bad experience in which they did not understand or I should say cared about how WRONG on every level from day one I was treated .. BAD SERVICE
