I'll never know whether Zastenchik & Co are as excellent as everyone says, because I never got past the intake process: The woman doing the intake, Maureen, asked me whether I'd prefer an in-person or virtual meeting. I said virtual. I was then provided with a physical address, strangely, and had to confirm that the appointment would be virtual. She apologized and confirmed. Then she told me to upload my 2023 tax return to a folder. The link didn't work. She apologized and provided a working link to the folder. I uploaded my tax return. She responded and said I should upload *this year's* tax return (2024), not last year's (2023). I reminded her of what she instructed me initially and she apologized. Then she said I need to upload my state tax return, not my federal tax return. We had uploaded both, but at that point it had been a bizarre number of communication errors and we chose to end the conversation. We weren't asking for anything unusual so I'm not sure why the intake process was so challenging, but I hope others have a smoother experience!

Sherry Scholz and John Rossi are excellent accountants who are both very knowledgeable and personable. They will take their time and answer any and all questions that you have. They work hard to ensure that you get each and every credit that you are entitled to and they make sure that you understand everything with your return. They also make scheduling an appointment easy, they run on time and they make the entire tax return a breeze. I highly recommend this firm!
